Tivoli contains thirty-five apartments on six floors. Each apartment has two bedrooms in a "split" plan for privacy, two full baths, and a 26-foot balcony, perfect for viewing our spectacular Gulf sunsets.

Each apartment is complete, offering attractive furnishings including wall-to-wall carpeting. The kitchens are fully equipped for your vacation stay so you can choose to eat in or out.

When you come in from the beach you will have the convenience of your own clothes washer and dryer. All the comforts of home are provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible regardless of the season with your own individually controlled central air conditioning and heating, color cable television and private telephone. A $300 deposit is required for each reservation
Full rental balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
No pets allowed and no smoking in the units

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund to be given. A cancellation charge of $75.00 is charged. If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for the same time period for refund to be given.
